Kosher Bacon

Orthomom has a post on this article about a rabbi who gives kosher certification to Dunkin' Donuts stores which serve bacon. Strange, right? Fine, but that's someone else's argument for some other time. At the end of the article is a quote from the rabbi: "I know a lot of people with beards who go into my stores.” Ahh, good old stereotyping. I know a lot of people with beards who eat bacon. Does that make it kosher?
