Adventures in Catering and Spelling: A Horror Story

Would you trust a caterer who spelled yolks like yokes?
Or one who spelled ciabatta like chapote?

I have let go of some of my morals and started eating at a restaurant called Nagila Meating Place, but these spelling offenses seem worse than a terrible pun.

Chapote is a type of Texan tree, and therefore might not be a spelling error. This could also explain why the caterer thought it was a bad idea.
