A scene from a movie I saw last night:
Guy: You look somehow different than you looked in high school. I know! It's your hair.
Girl: I ironed it.
Guy: You what!?
Girl: I ironed my hair.
Guy: Did it hurt?

I can't speak for my entire gender, but I'm leaning toward yes on that one EN. Sorry. Don't all guys make fun of ditzy girls? Or girls who just don't get sports? Same thing I guess.
I think it's our way of dealing with our insecurities about not understanding guys.

EN, that's exactly the issue.
Guys don't make fun of girls because they don't get sports. We save it for making fun of the way they drive.
Making fun of others is just a sign that they dont understand them,, highlighted by Male/Female divide. 2 different creatures.
